If, however, the project is already underway when cancellation is requested we may provide partial reimbursement based on how far along it has gone. Please be aware all sales are final after completion and no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Lastly, remember that hosting plans must complete their annual term once paid – consequently, they do not qualify for reimbursements or cancellations even before the expiration date unless otherwise discussed prior to website disconnection.
